PYTHON|CHATU
Among other thing Tarangire National Park is home of Pythons that have capability to climb on trees. These are normal in this destination especial during dry season.
Tarangire National Park of 2850sqkm(area size) despite of pythons who climbing on trees is also home of largest elephants population in northern Tanzania and majestic baobabs many of which estimated to be over 2000year old.
Tarangire National Park of 1970 (year of establishment) accessed through roads 144km tarmac road from Arusha town with additional of 7km rough road to main gate.
Activities includes: game driving, guided safaris, balloon safaris and bird watching.
