CLIMBING MT. KILIMANJARO AND EXPERIENCE THE ROOF OF AFRICA.

Kilimanjaro. The name itself is a mystery wreathed in clouds. It might mean Mountain of Light, Mountain of Greatness, or Mountain of Caravans. Or it might not. The local people, the Wachagga, don't have a name for the whole massif, only Kipoo (now known as Kibo) for the familiar snowy peak peak that stand imperious, overseer of the continent, the summit of Africa.
Kilimanjaro, by any name, is a metaphor for the compelling beauty of East Africa. when you see it, you understand why. not only in this the highest peak on the African continent; it is also the tallest free standing mountain in the world, rising in breathtaking isolation from the surrounding savannah elevation around 900metres to an imperious 5,895 meters.

Kilimanjaro is one of the Worlds most accessible high summits, a beacon for visitors from around the World. Most climbers reach the crater rim with little more than walking stick, proper clothing and determination. And those who reach Uhuru point, the actual summit, Stella point or Gillmans Point on the lip of crater, will have earned their climbing certificates. and their memories.

NGORONGORO CRATER

"The Eighth Wonder" Nearly two millions years ago, Ngorongoro peak towered almost as high as Kilimanjaro. Both these mountains formed the highest peak in Africa at that time. The Ngorongoro Volcanic peak collapsed beneath the volcano to form a caldera, the largest unbroken and unflooded in the world today. Many people are traditionally used to the term Crater and hence Ngorongoro Caldera is described as a crater in all the record available.
Ngorongoro crater is the one of the few natural places in East Africa where one can guarantee sightings of the rare black rhino in their natural setting. Visitors to Ngorongoro can enjoy walking around the area. Within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area are "cultural bomas" where tourists can learn more about the Maasai culture, a pastoral tribe allowed to herd their cattle within the protected area.
WELCOME TANZANIA and experience all these...

CHEETAH AT RUAHA NATIONAL PARK

CHEETAH IN RUAHA NATIONAL PARK

Cheetah are easily  distinguished from leopards by the distinct black tear-marks running from the inner corners of their eyes to the edge of their mouth. They have the build of muscular greyhound, and lack the rosettes and stocky physique  of the leopard. Adult cheetahs are unable to retract their blunt, dog-like claws fully, though the dew claw on their wrist is extremely sharp and is used to help snag and trip their prey. The claw of young cheetah cubs remain semi-retractile for up to six months
